Funghi Delecti, the Racjan family business, is headed by eldest son Jamie and based in the Parish of Trinity. Funghi are our main herbs and vegetable supplier due to the quality of their produce. From the log-grown shitake mushrooms (grown using traditional Japanese techniques) to the soft herbs, micro veg, duck and hen eggs you enjoy for breakfast, Funghi share our commitment to excellence and provide our Chef's Brigade the ingredients with which to work their magic."

Louis Jackson's fresh fish company is our main supplier of wet fish and seafood. Louis champions the finest of local produce, including the lemon sole, turbot, john dorey, cod, sea bass, lobster, mussels and crab which you find on our Victorias, Tassili and Terrace menus. Louis' Fresh Fish Company is situated at Victoria Harbour, if you look from our restaurant windows, or over to the left of our terrace, you will see Victoria Harbour, from where your meal has originated."
