PA/HR Assistant - £22 - £25,000 per annum
Could you be part of the team who gain 5 stars for this exciting hotel? Grand Jersey's £15million refurbishment is now complete and we are seeking a full-time, experienced PA/HR Assistant to join our professional team.
This is a diverse role and will primarily involve PA duties to the Managing Director as well as administrative support for Human Resources. Duties will include diary management, secretarial work and client contact. You will need the ability to multi-task and prioritise a busy workload, as well as excellent organisational skills. You should also have a professional and helpful telephone manner and be meticulous in your attention to detail. You will also possess strong people skills and be able to execute the role with integrity and discretion.
You should have proven PA skills and be able to support a team effectively while working with differing management styles. You should have fast and accurate typing skills, good numeracy and written skills and a sound knowledge of MS Word and Outlook (knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint would be an advantage). You will take a flexible approach to your work, work well under pressure, welcome responsibility and enjoy using your initiative.

Spa Therapist (Full Time/Part Time/Flexi) - salary negotiable
The Spa at Grand Jersey was awarded Best Residential Spa of the Year at the Professional Beauty Awards 2009 and is a luxurious 8,000 square foot space sensation featuring six state of the art treatment rooms (including two double VIP suites), spa bath, steam room, experience showers, heated indoor swimming pool, relaxation room and high tech gymnasium. In addition to manicures, pedicures and massages, Grand Jersey is also the only Spa in the Channel Islands to offer ESPA products and treatments.
Due to our increasing spa membership database and our high volume of regular and new clients, we are looking to recruit a qualified/experienced therapist on a permanent basis to join our award-winning Spa team.
The ideal candidate will be experienced and qualified in beauty therapy, massage, or other treatments with a flexible approach to working hours and a positive attitude towards offering a consistent 5 star level of service and customer care to our clients. You should also be enthusiastic and willing to train in new techniques, as well as being confident and motivated to promote products. You must also have the ability to work as part of a successful team, offering support to all areas of the Spa.

Restaurant Manager - Full Time - £30,000 per annum
Grand Jersey is currently looking for an exceptional Restaurant Manager to be part of a team that achieves its 5th Star accreditation and fourth AA Rosette.
This Restaurant Manager role will require the total overseeing of all day-to-day operations with a food offering. This will include Victorias brasserie (150 covers), Tassili 3 AA Rosette fine dining restaurant (35 covers), Terrace and room service. The ideal candidate for the role will already possess:-

- At least 18 months experience at a similar level position/establishment

- An ability to manage staff development, ensuring the whole team are highly customer focused and driven towards achieving a 5 star level of service

F&B Staff (Restaurant/Bar) - 6 month fixed term possibly leading to a permanent contract - £14,000 + tips
We are currently looking for experience staff to work in our Restaurants and Bars. Applicants should possess the following skills:-
- Experience in either Bar or Restaurant service
- Be polite, friendly, helpful and offer the highest standards of service
- Have the highest personal standards for appearance, punctuality, honesty and reliability
- Have an engaging personality and character
- Be hard working and have a flexible approach to working hours and rotas
- Be fluent in English

The Events/C&B Manager role will require the total overseeing of all day-to-day operations of our events business. This will include control and management of Corporate functions, weddings, meetings, conferences etc in our extensive range of business suites and function rooms. The ideal candidate for this role will already possess:-

We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our busy Sales & Events team, your principal role will be to establish strong relationships with local business clients and maximise our revenue accordingly. Applicants should possess the following skills:-
- Be highly motivated and target focussed with the ability to work well without the need of close supervision
- Will have highly accomplished networking skills
- At least 18 months experience at a similar level position/establishment
- A charismatic and engaging personality together with a smart, polished appearance
- Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills
